Thanks for all of your videos. I have a Yamaha PSR 710 keyboard connected to Audio Interface and into Logic Pro. I can record audio from the keyboard just fine. The Yamaha has 16 midi channels and some great sounds. I want to be able to separate all 16 channels of the Yamaha in Logic so that I can adjust volume levels of each midi channel in Logic’s mixer. Is this possible?

I need your help playing 2 midi controllers on 2 seperate tracks simultaneously in log pro 9. MPD18 and M audio Oxygen 49. Right now they both play the same plugin. I want each midi controller to be assigned to its own tracker. Do I need to install midi software? What steps do I have to take in Logic? Hope this makes sense, I know it’s confusing.

    Thanks!

    Jordan

I’m curious what you yourself find synthetic sample/synth instrument libraries useful for, considering you have no trouble making your own patches from scratch.

Great video! It was very helpful.
How can I record a dual manual keyboard/organ with upper manual in track 1 and lower manual in track 2 in logic 9?

Note…. Midi has 128 values not 127…..0 counts as a value so 0 to 127 actually equals 128 values……great video!!!

Thank you so much virtual Logic Sensei! I recorded midi drums and midi guitar jams for the first time. Also, using key range is making my Axon Ax-100 and Logic experience completely seamless. Thanks again from New York!
